Hello! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to contribute to your empowerment and well-being, through our permanent makeup services.

Providing you with the best service is also one of our priorities, that is why we invite you to know some important points of our process before scheduling an appointment:

  • Work on eyebrows previously microbladed or tattooed at other facilities* will acquire an extra cost. The procedure and acceptance to work over previous procedures done at another facility will be pending on review. A Submission of photos for us to review before booking an appointment is highly recommended.
  • Children are not allowed as guests.
  • Scheduling policy: A deposit of $100 USD is required to reserve an appointment for any of our procedures, be clear before reserving your appointment that the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE under any circunstances.

  • TOUCH UP FEES
    All touch up fees are for clients that had their first session done with us, NOT for those coming from other artists.
    • 4 TO 8 WEEKS AFTER FIRST SESSION $ 100
    • 6 MONTH MAINTENANCE $ 250
  • Cancellation policy: Any appointment canceled within one week of the appointment date will result in loss of your deposit and will not be transferable to a later date.
  • Rescheduling policy: Rescheduling an appointment requires at minimum a one-weeks’ notice with your artist prior to your scheduled date. Due to limited appointment availability, we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment for a later date. If you are rescheduling your TOUCH UP, the rates will change based on the time period in which you schedule your new appointment. If you reschedule within a week of your appointment date, you will lose your deposit and will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date. You will need to make a new deposit when rescheduling an appointment in the future.
  • Late policy: Appointments will be CANCELED and no refunds will be granted if the client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. Our artist’s see multiple clients a day and need the required amount of time for each procedure. You can schedule a new appointment, but will need to make another deposit.
  • Acceptable payment types: Cash, all major credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
  • Restrictions: No coffee or other stimulants, No alcohol or other blood thinners (Advil) No skin care products that contain Retinol. If you have any questions about medical conditions, consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment and bring a doctor’s note to your date.
  • Do not book an appointment if: You are under the age of 18, You are pregnant, You are taking anticoagulant medications, you have infections or viral illnesses or if you are receiving chemotherapy.
